      Entering LD through WILD

      Hello fellow LD'ers

IM quite new to the subject, but recently i have been trying to achive a lucid dream, with more of less success. One time i found out i was dreaming for a split second, but forgot it just as fast.

The others night i decided to try out a WILD technique were i wake up, fast make it clear to my self that im awake, then focus on a stactic dream picture. When i started picturing a dream in my head it was like everything started shaking and i saw somekind of light shaped like my eyeball. I was very shocked by the effect and woke up.

i was shocked at first but now i just want it even more.

my question is simple: was that an early stage before entering a LD and is it normal to have the shaky feeling?

That "shaky feeling" is commonly called the vibrations of Sleep Paralysis and is a very good sign you are near an LD.

I love DEILD! SP is pwnage!

Sounds like hypnagogic hallucinations. Keep at it
