      uh, now what?

when I become lucid, or semi-lucid, whatever you wish to call it, I cant think of what to DO with lucidity when its happening..so i lose it...i always do soemeting like look at my hand and make it go bigger and then thats it. i cant or cant think of anything else to do with it until i wake up!
a child's rhyme stuck in my head
it said life is but a dream
i spent so many years in question
to find i known this all along..

think of something you REALLY want to try in an ld, if you preform reality checks, then remember what you want to do in a dream whenever you try one. if you dont do reality checks, then start doing them anyway (see above) if you just cant find something you want to do, push "1" now, lol, jk but go to the thread here: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4067

i do the same thing with something else.

      don't give me that look!
An idea is something you haven't fully considered.
A belief is merely a repetitive thought.
A conclusion is simply where you stopped thinking.

maybe you should paint, draw, or even read, something that triggers your imagination. Something that maybe you can use as a creative outlet. This way, once you are lucid, these images will become represenitive of part of your imaginiation. Its like "storing" images, then using them while you are dreaming...

i dont know, its just something i am trying, i have no idea if its going to work or not, ill tell you once i try it more...but it seems like it could work...

Try focusing your attention on the dream itself, especially with the texture of objects in your dream such as tress, water, etc.
