First time to WILD, on accident

So earlier today I took a comfortable position on my recliner to watch some anime, and the next thing I know I'm having mnenomic imagery.

It was rather strange for me, but everything I've read about it was very helpful, because at first I was very much afraid. I was laying on my side, but when it began, it felt as though I was laying upside down being suspended high in the air. The visuals I had were rather frightful, it was swirling white light that took the form of a skull.

I had auditory imagery too, I only heard one word, but for the most part, they were just random noises

What happened next was an extremely new experience that kind of frightened me. I guess I woke up from the dream, but my vision was split. The top half of my vision was the dream I had just woken up from, and the bottom half was what I was actually seeing. Has this happened to anyone else before??

mmmm, never happened to me..but I have 2 suppositions..

      1)That's actually what happened...why? don't exactly know... =)
2)It was ALL a dream, and the Sleep Paralysis wasn't accidentally, the accident was your mind awake...

      Still...it's was strange eh?

      bye
