How many of you dream about the daily activities you do, for instance how often do you dream about an activity you do just about every day? |

Things we do regularly dont seem to impact our dreams much. If we see a bug on the ground and pick it up it may impact our dreams that night. As simple as it is the bug is not a big thing but out of the ordinary. If we dont see our parents often there is emotion linked to that and we may dream of them to fill in any emotional blanks. Reality checks never worked well for me on repetition because it was a regular mundane thing for me. From what I have read if you want something in your dreams make it big and different. |

Love me..or leave me
If it were not for LD, I'm sure I would dream of daily activities (starting from waking up) nearly daily... as I always say, silly FA <.< |

if i were to dream about daily activities all the time, i would become lucid every night, becasue every time i had a dream like that, i had a succesful DILD, but that became so infrequent that i gave up RCs |

Yeah, I have dreams about corporate regulation all the time, and people at work. I already hate the job enough without being there at night as well! |

Acutally, NREM dreams are supposed to be more about your day-to-day stuff while REM dreams are the more insane ones. I don't often dream about strictly day-to-day activities, there's always some sort of skew on them and it's moreso some unique thing that happened versus getting up and brushing my teeth, except for FAs. I think our minds probably have a way to determine "oh, every single day I wake up and brush my hair" so it doesn't waste a lot of time on that. |
|
I seem to dream I am at work a lot although usually they have a weird twist and sometimes I can DILD from there. But who wants to dream your at work only to wake up and actually have to go. |

Most psychologists believe that dreams help the brain sort and store memories. In order to do that, it has to go through your daily memories, which is why you dream about your daily activities. Check out the dream content tutorial. |
