I've read about countering nightmares with happy thoughts and such in LaBerge's book, and it made a lot of sense.. At least when facing lions or trolls and the like.. But I've had a dream many times where I witness a (sometimes several) mushroom clouds in the distance.. It's so scary because I don't know how I'm supposed to feel happy towards a nuclear bomb erupting near me.. |
