      Scary reoccuring dream

I've read about countering nightmares with happy thoughts and such in LaBerge's book, and it made a lot of sense.. At least when facing lions or trolls and the like.. But I've had a dream many times where I witness a (sometimes several) mushroom clouds in the distance.. It's so scary because I don't know how I'm supposed to feel happy towards a nuclear bomb erupting near me..

Any suggestions on to how to appease this terrible dream demon?

Hmm. Try to become lucid first. You can re-animate the entire dream if you notice the mushroom clouds early on.

If this doesn't work I guess there's not much else to do... I guess I'm still a noob here. Perhaps a DV veteran will see this.

      Sony! Where've you been?!

As far as the mushroom clouds, throughout the day, develop a plan. What will you do the next time you see a mushroom cloud? Fly away in the opposite direction; reverse time so that the bombs never went off; stop time to rescue those caught in it; cause it to rain so it washes it all away; recognize that the fire is actually harmless and anyone can walk right through it; etc.

I hope you're doing well and I hope you sleep well tonight

Hey Amethyst! Glad to see people remember me It's good to be back.

And as for the tips, they sound good man I appreciate the advice.. I don't get the dream very often but when I do it scares the shit out of me.. Those are good ideas.
