First off, an OBE is *not* in any way dangerous. Your original mind is still safe in your physical self, so no matter what happens during the OBE you will always return. The worst thing I can think of happening would be the OBE turning into something scary, but that's about it.

Moving things in the physical world during an OBE is not possible as far as I know. That would be pretty cool though
