      Sleep Latency Time

Ok now, i didn't know whether to put this on either the lounge or on this but i just put it on here cos i couldn't be bothered thinking lol
      Here's the question:
Is it possible to safely reduce the sleep latency time (the time u spend trying to get to sleep) without sleep depriving or anythin. You know like a drink that m,akes u sleepy or summat.
      Help!!!!
      Thanx

well... sleeping pills i guess. But thats not something to do regularly.
Milk increases serotonin in your brain I believe so its good to drink that.

Ah...milk. That'll be why children are always given warm milk (yuck ) to drink before they go to bed in stories, etc.

Other than sleeping pills, which are really meant for insomniacs or people with a lot of difficulty sleeping, I can't think of anything in particular.

Well just a little FYI...I've been taking xanies which put me out at night, and then I sleep lighter in the morning and have tons of LDs.

I've heard that's a sort of pill that establishes you're sleeping patterns?

I like the good old, just go to sleep, natural thing. If i cant go to sleep right away and notic im a bit awake i just lie there using the circumstances to WILD... then i suddenly wake up next day.
