      Angry So out of it!

Gah! I've been so out of lucid dreaming lately. Haven't had a lucid in a long time, barely remembering my dreams, lucid techniques extremely rusty! RAWR! What do I do!?

Ok, I've calmed down a little. I've been out of touch with lucidity lately. How do I get back into it? All tips are welcome

      Well, welcome back Conkt!

First thing's first: start writing your dreams down. It will do you no good to have an LD and then forget about it when you wake up. Then, take a look at the Tutorials and get some ideas on where you want to start. Start questioning reality when you're awake; look for signs that might point to the fact that you're dreaming. Look for patterns in your dreams to see if anything continually shows up.

Above all, enjoy the ride! Appreciate your normal dreams and always look forward to that time when something out of the ordinary happens and you know you're dreaming.

      I'm much the same.

But yeah, restarting a dream journal is a must. Just approach this as a chance to learn all over again.
