Thinking about last night I just remembered... All I had to do was open my eyes to leave that paralysis... It was very weird because I opened my eyes my I stayed in the blank screen I guess you can say until my vision(and mind) started waking up. I used to attempt at moving arms or legs to snap out of it and it would be a snap of fingers speed waking up. I think its from becoming so comfortable with it.
