so to clarify your sleep is between 9 pm and 4 am? that should suffice for dreaming more or less. So I assume you had the alarm set to somewhere around 00:00? Seems you were just very tired. It may take a few tries but you'll get there! |

I would recommend reading through the MILD guide in the tutorials section, also once you wake up don't move and try to lye still remembering your dreams. before sleep repeat "I will have long and vivid dreams and I'll remember them" before sleep, however don't over do it- the aim is to relax yourself. if you find yourself getting tired shorten it to a periodical uttering of "..remember dreams...". Also I find drinking tea and milk helps. |
