Let's not contribute more ideas. That was the problem to begin with. Someone said they'd do it. Then the entire thing got absolutely retarded with trying to find out which tasks to pick. THEN, everyone lost interest, summer came, traffic dropped, and here we are. What this idea needs is people who give a damn and want to make it work and are willing to organize it, not more ideas to pile onto the list of things that need to be weeded through.
