      I have fallen out of dreaming,

      But I am back.
      I have forgotten alot. I haven't been or attempted to become lucid in months.

      So any advice on how to get on track will do.

      Welcome back,

      Read all the tutorials, read dream journals, keep a dream journal, talk about dreaming, obsess about dreaming.

      All those will help. But, you know the site, and I'm lazy, so you can find where they are yourself.

      Welcome back!!! Good to see you around again

      I've found one of the most important things is your dream journal. It really is, just for being able to remember your dreams, become familiar with them again, identify your dreamsigns, all that good stuff. Step one in my book is to start keeping a steady dream journal.

      I don't know if you did DILDs or WILDs. If DILDs, start doing reality checks, too. We just put out a new reality check tutorial, and if you really want to work on that memory (especially if you want to MILD) there's another thread that I started to help everyone build up their prospective memory.

      Then like Delphi siad, read read read! Come up with some cool goals to truly motivate you, and just think about it as much as you're able.

      Other than that, if there's anything you've forgotten or if you've got any new questions let us know and we'll do our best to get you back on your dream feet
