      Programming Dreams

We have all heard about it, my question is now how do I do it? Some people say that before they go to sleep they "program" thier dreams to what they want thier dream to be about. I think it would be cool to know how to do this. So if you do know how to do this skill I would be oh so thankfull if you told me, thanks.

I also would like to know how to do this! in fact, that is how i learned about lucid dreaming. i was trying to find how to program dreams on yahoo or something, and found lucid dreaming instead, and thats how i got into it.

anyways, i dont know how to program dreams either, but i would like to!

one time i had a dream, and i spent the whole next day thinking about it, and that night, i had the dream again. maybe thinking about it a lot works.

Thinking about it a lot during the day might help, but i've heared of people who do it just before they go to sleep.

I know that if you touch/look/think about an object a lot during the day it's likely to appear in a dream. Also some outstanding events of the day often appear in the dream but in a slightly morphed way.
But it's not nessesary that it will appear the following night...
sometimes it may take up to a month...
I have experienced it many times.

The one way I understand that works is to actually think of exactly what you want to dream and concentrate on that the entire time you are lying down. If any of you guys are Lucid then that makes it that much easier because then once you're in the dream you can write your own story from there.
