Question Can having Lucid Dreams That you Don't Remember Help With Future Lucids

I'm sure that there are many of us who've had lucids that you don't remember, right when you wake up. Even if you don't think so, there's a good chance that it's so. Will your mind have access to these non-remembered lucids in a lucid in progress?

If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

I'm not really experienced enough to comment about lucids, but in non-lucids I've had dreams that continued off of a dream I had had before, continued off of a dream I'd forgotten. I could remember both dreams after waking...It only happens every once-in-a-while though...
