Muscle mass is formed/improved through constant use. Any effect the excercizing might have would most likely be exhaustion or or confidence. Purely psychological. |

You're not going to get physically stronger by weight lifting in your dreams, sorry. If I bench press an airplane 50 times every night in my dreams, am I going to get jacked? Of course not. Muscle building is a science, not some spiritual or psychological mumbojumbo. |

Sorry, I don't think so. While it may be possible to further develop and strengthen neurological connections, the notion that the ability to burn things from your body or make muscles larger seems a bit off. Just try eating less. Then you won't even have to worry about how much you do or don't burn. |
