Regarding the book "Lucid Dreaming". I have both books. "Lucid Dreaming" is really just an abridged version of "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming." It skims the first few chapters of ETWOLD that focus on the science of dreaming and a brief tutorial of MILD and WILD. It doesn't go into the deeper subjects of lucid practices, lucid goals, wish fulfillment, nightmares, and such. The copy that I have does include a CD which has several audio tracks of LaBerge talking about a few key subjects and two guided hypnosis sessions.

But overall, I'd still recommend ETWOLD.
