      Supplement Help

      ok so i realize the topic of supplements has come up frequently, but i have not found much info on when exactly i should be taking them.

      i have bought some melatonin and b6 and am currently doing WBTB and practicing mild/wild on alternate nights. when exactly should i take these supplements?? melatonin before i go to sleep and b6 when i wake up before Mild/wild??

      plus are these actually effective, or is it just a placebo?

      No. It doesn't help me in the slightest, and it does not in ANY WAY guarantee a lucid dream.

      Check The Pharmacy for a list of drugs that may or may not help with this sort of thing~

      Hey, i reckon it's the same as any drug. I mean, some people are more prone to feeling the effects of a drug/supplement than other people.
      The only way to find out is to keep trying and compare the outcome with when you weren't taking anything.
      But i suppose there's always going to be a slight placebo effect with it because it's on your mind right?

      Oh by the way Pete the ones you gave me don't work, everytime i take one.. I never remember anything!
