I don't get what I'm doing wrong.

I try this both before going to bed and about 5 hours after going to sleep for my WBTB method.

But I can lie perfectly still for HOURS and the best I get is a numbing of my arms and feet. Nothing more, and nothing less.


Has anyone else had this problem before? If you did, what did you do in order to remedy it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
