i know of your problem, and i know why, and i know the solution.
for starters. we uses phrases like "tricking the body to go to sleep". this is a simplification.
there are a part of the brain (near the back) that controls the body, it is responsible for putting the body into SP.
this part of the brain moniters the rest of the brain to see if it is asleep, then induces the SP.
but if the rest of your brain is very active, it will pick up on this and not induce SP.
a good way to trick this rear part of the brain, is to pretend to dream. go on an imaginary adventure, and you will re-produce the brainwave paterns of a dream, which the rear part of your brain will interpret that you are already asleep and dreaming, and should induce SP quick before you start to act out your dream.
ou will probably feel wierd stuuf happen to your body and snap out of the story, and voila.
here is an example of how i start of my 'stories' for a WILD.
i wake up, at 4ish, make sure i am fully awake (get out of bed if need be). get back into bed and lie IN THE EXACT SAME POSITION I WOKE UP.
i count to 5, and as i do i concentrate of the blackness, then i lets my mind hang opnely, not forcing any thought, and the first thought that pops into my mind will be the adventrue location.
1.....2.....3.....4.....5......................... ......................battleship, i am on a ww2 battleship on a hot summers day..........................etc.
there we go. try it. let me know how it goes
