That's weird, but sounds like fun. As far as i know, i've always been myself in dreams (not that I always check). |

Are you yourself in your dreams? I myself am always the actress Michelle Williams (Jen Lindley in Dawson's Creek) whenever I LD, I always start off as her and I have to imagine myself as myself to be... myself. |

Most of the time, I'm myself. I can remember a few dreams (not lucid) where I've been friends, and one where I was a superhero, but I can't really remember who. I generally prefer to just be myself, though when I get better and lucid dreaming, I'll probably experiment with shape-shifting. For me, being someone else would take all the fun out of it, because I wouldn't get to be there! |

Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.
~Sublime
i'm always me, though occasionally some powers are nice... but even that's rare, when i go lucid generally i don't even seem to have an actual control, i just try to do something and fail, then someone is all like, "Oh, it's like this, see?" and they do it for me... but no, i'm always me, and my sense of self, personality, and conscience are always fully intact. |

Life is a lust,
Love's a kind of dust,
Hope's an age-old feud,
And both Angels and Demons are allowed to brood.
I'm never, or rarely, myself in my dreams, I actually made a list of who I've been; |

These are the tears that I dream about...
