      Exclamation *Please answer weird vibrations..

OK well I've been trying to lucid dream for a few days.
I had a dream that I was dressed in all blue, and was sitting on my porch, verbally fighting with another human. Then my mom came outside and I said something about cos play.

Well anyway, I went to school, and came home and took a nap.
I woke up, and was still tired and went back to sleep.
Then I felt I was halfway into sleep, and I was feeling weird.. Really light...
Like I was drifting off. But then I felt weird pulsing in my head and I couldn't open my eyes or move. I did a reality check and tried to stretch my finger
and it felt really weird in my stomach. I couldn't open my eyes, but I could see my hands and me stretching my fingers. What was this? And I have a slight headache, It felt as I was pushed back and sat up, and am now doing this..

      Anyone, please help?

      ??

I've heard about that while looking at forums and such,
but I never thought It would happen to me, and I'm quite confused..
Is it like a sickness? Does everybody go through it while trying this?
      I'm freaked out..

Not at all, well I feel nauseated in the first part of my WILD. Rem atonia happens every night so you don't act out your dreams. What you were doing, if I understood correctly was a Your body was re-entering it because it thought you were still dreaming. If I understood correctly, you were on your way with a DEILD http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=62769

Wait, you can open your eyes in sleep paralysis, pay no regard to what I said.

      OK So.

I'm sorry if I'm bugging you, but I like to learn new things about this..
I wasn't actually dreaming when it happened. I just woke up and sat back down, nothing wrong, normal body. I just sat back down and layed down and drifted off somewhat, but I felt awake, and in my head I said that I was awake, and that I'm going to have some type of O B E, I can feel it.
But I was confused, and just gave in..
But I still felt that awake feeling, and then the vibrations happened, and my eyes closed, but I was actually awake but my body was sleeping.. Its scary..
I could see my hands moving and everything but my body was still on the couch. Laying down it felt like I was in another body laying on top of my real body. Sorry If I didn't say this earlier, I was just to excited to get a reply..

      Regards,
      Derek G.

Does http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=65007 sound anything like what you experienced? Seeing your hands could of been Hypnagogic Imagery, that's common for me.

      No, it really doesn't.
      Not even the vibrations.
They were only in my head and happened after the heavyness happened.
but I had full control of this other body feeling, and I could see my bodys hands underneith of the ones I were controlling. But I panicked because I tried the reality check [ first time not fully awake or whatever happened to me ] and my finger felt really REALLY different the feeling happened in my stomach instead of my finger. And it looked different, and blurry.. and then I started screaming but I couldn't hear it. And I got so scared that I just heard a weird screeching noise and I seen black, and I tried to open my eyes, and I couldn't see. Then I stopped and calmed down and I came to be able to see, and my head hurt real bad.

I think a DEILD sounds about right.

I finally had a successful WILD last night, and I felt something similar to what you've described. I've been trying for a while, and just been feeling tingling and stuff, but when I actually transitioned over to a lucid I felt two waves of vibrations through my body and then I knew I was dreaming, but I could still feel my body in bed.

I know exactly what you mean when you say you can feel your dream body over your real body, I felt like I was sitting inside myself, it was really weird. When I got up I just pulled up and away from my real body and then I was fully in the dream.

It's nothing to be worried about. It's actually a good thing that can get you in a lucid

I only ever feel sick when I begin to loose my sense of gravity and when my eyes are closed it feels like I'm falling everywhere, making full turns and everything, but I only get that occasionally.
The vibrating is very common though, probably happens 3/5ths of the time when I'm trying to WILD.
