hello josh. I wouldn't want to enter a controversial area by making strong statements about astral projection which many people here would disagree with. But what can not be denied is that some techniques of astral projection can be awefully similar to WILD. I would say they are similar to the point where if you are attempting one or the other you can end up with an increased capacity for both. |

Some people say that everyone is always leaving their body while they are asleep, only that they are seldom ever lucid and remembering while they are doing it. In the same way that everyone always dreams while they are asleep, but seldom ever lucid and remembering of what they dreamt. I don't know |
