Ok, so yesterday morning after a very brief half arsed WBTB I had the first LD I've had since February. As soon as I woke I have the feeling as if I had perfect recall but in mere seconds it was truncated to nothing more than a few images. Heck, even how I became lucid is a mystery. Also, this morning after another WBTB I had a DILD and much like before I had terrible recall, absolutely terrible.

On a brief note when I woke from my latest LD I promptly grabbed my dream journal only to find that in was having a false awakening and quickly appeared back in my bed. Again I tried to grab my journal but was again in a false awakening. I should have turned it into a DILD, a proper DILD>

Until now LD recall for me has been extremely clear. Anyone have similar experiences? help?
