Why would you want to do that? In my opinion that would be a waste of LDs, but yes, it's possible. Anything is possible in lucid dreams. But not a whole day, though, unless you have a one day long lucid dream (which is kinda impossible).

If something good happened to you , and you just wanted to experience it again, you could "relive" it realistically. Maybe that's what Dr.Rockso meant.

      ...or

If he meant: Is it possible to go back and review the memory of your day accurately?

then it wouldn't really be a waste, because it would be like watching the tape from a security camera. You could go back and analyze an event carefully, or look for things you might have missed. That to me would be an incredible skill, even better than just having fun in a fantasy world created in your mind. but I doubt that's possible.

In lucid dreams anything is possible. You just have to be very (and I mean VERY) good at dream controlling.

you would have to have insanely good dream control, but even then, i think your mind would make stuff up.

but reliving a day for the fun of it would be cool. I know what day i'd relive.... *stares dreamily into the distance*

You could maybe relive an hour to 45 minutes in a lucid.
      But a day? Nah.
      Lucid Dreams:-
      MILD/DILD: 79
      WILD: 13
      DEILD:13
      (TOTAL: 108 )

If you skipped the boring parts, you could maybe get through an two or three hours. but if its a day you want to relive, there probably werent alot of boring parts.

I think it's possible. Like others have said, insane control would be needed. But I disagree with the people who say it's impossible to have a lucid that lasts an entire day (in the dream) because I know of cases in which that has actually happened. Simply put, yes.

Lucid Dreams are limited by your dream control and by your imagination.

But, here imagination is the important one. reliving a moment of your day would be created by your imagination.

Besides, I don't know many people that can remember every detail of the room they are in, the sounds the feeling, the smells and everything. Dreams are very much detailed so they'd need MANY replacement. Conclusion: it wouldn't be the same.

Whatever wisdom you acquire in your lucid dreams seems to remain at your disposal to help you live your waking life. Moreover, the reverse is equally true: You can rembemer the lessons you have learned in waking life in your lucid dreams.
In our dreams we can draw upon the entire store of our knowledge; we are no longer limited to the tiny portion that we have conscious access to.
