      Before sleeping

I told myself things i thought were my dream signs or things that wouldnt happen in real life such as

"you cannot fly, if you do you're dreaming" and "You cannot jump immensely high, if you do, youre dreaming" and i repeated these to myself a few times, amongst other known dreams signs.

And i actually remembered in my dream one of these, it was the jumping one. I told myself in the dream and i remember thinking it as if i was saying it "Whoa, hang on, i cant jump this high, it must be a dream" and i woke up as it was time for school lol. It was annoying.

So does anybody else do this or do you just memorize your dreamsigns?

I use autosuggestion in general (to wake up multiple times throughout the night) but not in this way. I also don't really rely on dreamsigns. Good for you though, you would have been set if it weren't for the premature awakening

      But it still counts

K cool, i'm new to this whole thing, but i get the concept and im trying different self-taught methods of remembering im dreaming. My dreamsigns happen ALOT and there's a main 2 i tell myself to remember. So yeah...

I kind of remembered a little more from the time it happened.

It felt like i had woken up in my bed, but i knew i was dreaming still, i must've been lucid for about 10 seconds before my alarm went off lol.

      But it's all progress .
