So I'm not exactly sure if I have a sleep disorder, but I often cant sleep for 1 or 2 hours. My sleep pattern is soo sensitive, if I wake up 1 hours later then usual that will cause me to take at least 1 hour to sleep. All this even happens after I take 5-10 mg of melatonin usually i take 5 but when I cant sleep I take another pill. And say last night, I fell asleep at 3:30 and went to bed around 11:45. And I want to know if bad sleep can effect lucid dreaming.
