I don't do that, but I probably should. I do usually notice some parallels between what had happened during the day and what I had dreamed though. |

When I write my dreams down, I always write a little summary of my previous day before I go to bed.. then when I have the dream, I try to relate the dream to something that happened the previous day. I found my dream recall became very good from this. |

Oxymoron like buff faggots playin sissy dykes
hmmm never heard of anyone doing that it sounds pretty helpful. What kind of stuff about your day do you write down? |

i never really thought relating stuff from the day to dreams was useful - it's not really significant in terms of LDing. i do review the day in my mind before bed to get in the habit of recalling events, though. |

I just write down the basics of stuff that happen that day. It takes quite awhile actually. In the morning I write my dream, what I have planned for the day, and how my dream relates to what I did the previous day. |

I mentally do this when I notice common elements. Sometimes my dreams go back much farther than the one day though. But I don't usually write out my day. I always mean to just to keep a day journal, but I dont' have the discipline |
