I think they covered most of the general things on what to do/have. Although some of the stuff in there wasn't really necessary/inaccurate. Step 4 of the video was WBTB, but they said to do it 30 minutes before you wake up. I remember reading that it was somewhere between 3-4 hours after you go to sleep, but it does vary between person to person. |
