Hey everyone,
Ok, I have a slight problem with falling asleep when I think about lucid dreaming or try some of the techniques that involve telling yourself that you are going to lucid dream and you need to do reality checks and all that stuff. I am wondering if there are ways to think about that stuff and still fall asleep easily. Because usually I just lie in bed for like an hour and a half not being able to fall asleep.
Please help!
