Here's why im thinking this, rather than me going to sleep, dreaming and waking, then writing it down, I memorize key things the moment I wake up, then i try and catch some more kip. This is where the dream changes, it will either be a different time of day in my dream, or the scene will have changed, but the same people are there.

After waking the second time, I'll memorize the dream again, and will think about it lying in bed, that's all i will do, I'll memorize key places, key people and that key feeling it gave me.

Todays dream made me feel happy and accomplished
Yesterday made me feel panic'd
Day before yesterdays dream made me feel fearful.

I find this great as every time i get a feeling during the dream, everything becomes more vivid, as my brain thinks im truly there, I know this is bad, but it gives me the option to realise im lucid as the feelings give me a sense of being human and then when i go and do some crazy dream stuff i think "Oh, hold on, this is impossible, I must be dreaming!".

tl;dr Im waking up and remembering alot from my dreams, then sleeping and being able to re-enter the same dream with quite a bit of vividness.

After reading that is there any main things i should work on? - however when i work on practising lucid methods, i don't have such good dreams so this is also a kinda question xD.

Note: I know alot of this is mashed up and probably confusing but it is 04:02am and i am tired and i have deleted a lot from this post, mainly because it was irrelevant and kinda of went in the wrong direction and gave off the wrong message.

Also, I would just like to say quickly, as i am a new guy, i have been posting a few threads lately with pretty simple questions, so sorry about that, just it feel like im slipping into the lucid way of things without realising so when i do realise, it's like i just have to be like "YAAY" to somebody who wont think im nuts for not just going to sleep like a normal person lol.
