      WILD question

      every time i lie down after 30 seconds my toes start to tingle it is like when your fingernails feel weird when you hear a chalkboard screech and stops me from WILDing is this because of poor circulation like my dad had or is it part of it. its to intense to fight i have to stand up

      hmm, if you are unable to maintain a still position then perhaps you should explore other techniques like MILD and DILD
      TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
      new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
      10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
      the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
      Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress

      no i got it i even stayed still for 1 hour just got done i counted my breaths and my legs felt numb and i heard faint wind but my sister asked me if she could use my laptop so how long will it take to enter dream

      wait so lil confused-you mean you dreamt the sound of your sister asking you for a laptop or is she actually asking you for it now?

      there is no definitive timeframe for entering a WILD or indeed a guarantee that it'll happen. Generally people usually give up after the first few hours of trying to WILD if they do not enter WILD and fall asleep.
