      How long....

      how long does it usually take for your first lucid experience... I have been doing this for a week and today during a nap i realized i was dreaming and woke right up.. i know a week is not long so i am not some big complainer..... Is there a bue that works best to keep you in the dream stage. example......... like focusing on one objsct untill it becomes clear..

      How do you flag your journal and put an entry into your dram jounal.... what is a "thread," this site is hard to learn, but it is a bomb site....

      Lucid dream

      My first lucid experiance took about 2 months of off and on attempts at dream recall, WILDing and getting into the right mindset. I was rewarded with my first LD after that (only 5 seconds though). Your lucky if you had yours only after a week. probably had something to do with taking a nap. Naps in the after noon have a tendency to be better in alot of respects. As for a cue you have to find one your self. All of my LD are dream were I saw something that didn't make sense like a 34story mall or somthin'.

      I won't help you with the dream journal thing cuz' it looks like you got it working. Mabey its about time I made a Dream journal on here.

      Damn in a week, you lucky bastard, that is a short time, even to have a minor experience. I took me about 6 months to get anything! Well keep it up and you'll be having full blown ones in no time.
