Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming

I only have LaBerge's Lucid Dreaming. Is there anything in the book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (or any others) that I'm seriously missing out on, or should I save my money?

Paperdoll seems to think that Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is the Lucid dreamers bible

i will be able to comment, cause my friend is picking it up for me in the U.S. for me

I read the exploring the world of lucid dreaming but I dont agree with Bergie, of course he thinks its all up your head, and you know what I think ^_^ But its interesting to read what he thinks though..and some of his experiments, i dont think its going to give you more LDs.., well i gues you might have more if you are a starter, but in the case of us vets I dont think so(assuming you are a veteran, if your not well.. )
