i play on my xbox360 24/7 there is not a day i have not been on it and i play for hours at a time like 10 hours witch is not healthy will that reduce the likley hood of me going lucid |

I agree - it isn't good for your health, but it may actually increase the chance of you becoming lucid. This would be good especially if you play rather unrealistic games. |

For me, video games are very bad for dreaming. I get too into them, so that my mind is too much on the game. That not only keeps me from concentrating on inducing Lucids, but completely kills my recall as well. As such, I no longer play them. |

I don't know for sure. I play video games a lot, but I still have lucid dreams, not a huge amount but still some nonetheless. My recall isn't great either, but not terrible. It is true that I do have a good amount of video-game related dreams, but I usually dream that I'm "in" the video game, so that doesn't really interfere with me realizing I'm dreaming. |
