      Smile Best Technique

I want to know which technique you think is the best/easiest and please explain it compared to other techniques. I appreciate comments from anyone.

well generally the best technique varies from person to person based on all kinds of factors specific to you. Shift made up 2 quizzes you can take to determine what technique is best for you. I'll leave a link here if I can find them.

I'm going to have to agree with Phaedrys

No, not really But only because:

What I do is hardly easy. It just happens to work for me.

      varies from person to person
Even more: technics variation from time to time for one practioner

But best of all for me is: observing images, phantom wiggling and rotation (all is WILD/indirect)
