      Real world recall

As some of you maybe know I'm trying to stick with the uberman sleep-cycle.
I don't feel tired or anything (maybe because I just sleep for 2 hours every morning extra). I can't stop myself from doing so. My dream recall is worse than ever and now the interesting part:
When the 20 minutes alarm starts in the morning I seem to stand up, switch my alarm off (thats not an easy task) and lay down to bed again and I can't remember anything later.
Today I had a vague memory of doing so for the first time. After thinking a little about it ... like thinking about what I dreamed last night I rememberred more and more and now I know how I switch that alarm of. My alarm-clock has about 6 big flat buttons on the top. If you press the biggest the alarm delays for 5 minutes or so and then it starts again. Without beeing concious I change the time of the alarm to several hours earlier so it doesn't bother me again. Normally I'd have to trigger a small switch at the side while holding some other button down to turn it off...

If it goes on like that I'll soon be writing a reality journal.
Some supressed intelligence works against me or something like that.

I guess I'll have to put my alarm at a spot really difficult to reach since standing up and oping my eyes ain't enough to make me wake up.

      Thats so weird...
Has anyone a good idea what I shoud do? It's really bothering to know that I'm walking around without having memories about it. Maybe I'm just over-reacting a little and everything settles in time.

Hmm, no idea really. What I don't get if you're not having memories of these experiences, yet you remember them, how does that work? Just curious.

Ugh, that grogginess from waking up is horrible... Such an ignorant stupor..

Once, I woke up at 1:30am after going to bed at midnight. I started getting ready for school, as if subconciously. I took a shower and had my pants on and everything and I looked at my clock-- 1:34am. I found and checked my watch-- 1:36am. Gladly, I went back to bed.

Another time I went through the whole process -- shower, clothes, hair, lounging, breakfast, brushing teeth, walking outside. I waited for the bus for about 20 minutes before I realized that I was an hour too soon.

I remembered it yesterday for the first time and it was everything else but vivid.
It was like trying to remember a dream.

I know that I have done it several times because my alarm-clock was always in that state in the morning.
By the way... I did it again tonight... and again can't remember a thing . I must have went from my bedroom into my livingroom switched it off and went back to bed.
I never thought that I would do such strange things...
It would be more likely that I'm totally concious while doing it, then going back to bed thinking about what doing next and then in the most true meaning "falling" asleep as soon as I reach the room and just forget everything that happened.

Today I gonna buy a new alarm, a big one!
I will turn on my radiators so I don't "have" to go to the warm bed again...
I will drink much water so I have to go to the toilette if everything else doesn't work.
      What about making sports... *thinking*

I really have to do something about this...
I really love "Fight Club" but I don't think I want my own Tylor Durden walking around while I don't.

It’s something to do with the process of forgetting your dreams. I believe there was something about it in ETWOLD with the example of someone getting a phone call in the middle of the night and not remembering taking it. Its quite a funny feeling when you realise you’ve done something that you dont remember anything about :-)

Tonight it will have to work!

How could I switch of 4 alarms in different corners of my room without reminding myself to stay up?

If it doesn't work tonight I'll give it up ... that sleep cycle...

Everything under control again. Tylor is defeated or a tleast so it seems. 2 Alarmclocks my Handy and my computer were necessary for one week to get up every night. Now I wake up even without them, finally uberman is mine!
