Lately I've been having strange hallucinations - I don't know if you could call them dreams - when I'm in bed. It takes me a very long time to fall asleep (30m-60m) usually, but now it takes even longer, and I've started having almost-dreams. It's a bit like the hallucinations of SP; I see things like books (dark, murky, but clear enough to read things), and feel people reading them, or see and feel people playing cards. I can still roll around in bed during this time. I am almost always aware that these are hallucinations, but any attempt to control it results in it fading, and then disappearing if I continue. I don't think I could control these, though, as I am never a character in them. They are merely thoughts that I hallucinate, rather than dreams, which I am ALWAYS a character in. I also often sit up during the middle of these hallucinations, feeling like 10 minutes have passed, only to realize it's been 3 hours.

Sorry, the above paragraph is a garbled mess. I'm just trying to get my thoughts down. Stupid English language, not having the proper words to describe dream feelings. Anyways, does anyone else experience this, and know a way to stop it or turn it into a lucid dream?

Thanks :insomnia:
