Use the export to WAV function. Then from there it is pretty easy to convert the WAV to an Mp3. There are several free software applications for this. I notice you said iPod. You can drop the WAV into iTunes and convert to an Mp3 from there too.

PS. You have to have a registered BW Gen to export a setting to a WAV file.

You can make sets with an unregistered version?

If you aren't registered I'd suggest a sound recorder program to convert to WAV. Then use an converter program like dream-scape suggested. You'll lose some clarity in between but it should still work.

If you're lucky, the bog standard sound recorder program in Windows will record any sound played via computer without a mic. Go into volume control, properties>Recording, and if you have a "sterero mixer" option, select that one.
