This morning after a big night of drinking I had several lucid dreams back-to-back of extremely vivid quality. |

if you woke up after a dream and had an LD soon after (without getting out of bed, minimal motion) then it's a DEILD, otherwise if you just fell asleep without consiousness loss then it's a WILD |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
Sleep Paralysis is just when your body gets paralyzed while you're awake. Hypnagogic hallucinations can, but don't always, accompany SP- these would be the buzzing, falling, shrinking, floating, whatever feelings. The more typical, not usually related to SP HH, like people talking, flashing images, geometric shapes, etc., can occur all on their own without SP, but don't always. So it is entirely possible to WILD without experiencing a single hallucination or finding yourself paralyzed. Your dreams were WILDs. |
