      off-topic discussion & teams forums

I just want to make sure everyone has noticed that the Off-Topic Discussion forums and the DV Teams forums have been moved to separate pages? If not, there are links to them in that large folder-shaped table. Also, do you like this design change or not? Do you like that they are excluded from the last 15 active topics list on the index page?
If you have any ideas on how to improve the design, please let me know.

      Thanks.

      HO HO HO, etc. etc.

apparently just about no one is concerned; i've never seen a poll get so few votes on here.

I think the main reason it is benificial is because for the new person it is less over whelming. So to say that they are kind of out of the way and less apt to me seen, yes, But if a person or newbie sticks around for any time at all it is not like they will not be able to find them.

      I eventually voted 'not concerned'
      Both options have merit

If I were *forced* to choose, I'd say its better the way you've done it now.... but Im not opinionated about it

i voted to return them to the index page. True, it may be overwhelming for a newbie but its an annoyance to everyone else(or is to me at least). especially those with slow internets. Im not really fond of clicking one thing to actually get to the off-topic forums and then choosing from there. the same goes for the team forums. I'd have to go to two/three separate pages to browse around here (the main, the off-topic, the teams). it feels like im taking more turns on the road than i should have to

BUT i guess you could call me lazy/impatient. well...thats just my two cents, but if you want to keep it that way, then i guess i'm fine with it. It doesnt bother me THAT much

I'd like them to be left where they are. It's less clutter then

      Thankyou Santa

You gave it about one day before saying it hasn't got many votes...huh?

But I want it back on the index page. I mean it's hardly "overwhelming", you just ignore it. Unless you're 4320945 years old with a dicky heart, there's no chance of anything bad happening from seeing a few extra options on the front. If there isn't an majority for sticking it on the first page, why not add another profile option for having it on the front page, and then having it seperate? That's an feature which I can see very easily implemented. (If <option>, do the sql and show it, or otherwise just skip that and show the other links).
