There I was waking up in my uncomfortable futon (folding coach bed dilly) after a night of red flashes that would wake me up and bronchital coughing that would keep me up and give me head aches. This sets the stage for the start of learning to be lucid in my dreams. I have a bad case of bronchitas, so I cough bad at night, don't get decent sleep. I can't seem to get into a deep enough sleep to even have dreams where I am involved in them. I mean to say that I am half in my real aching body and half in my dreaming body...When in REM I really see the red flashes behind a darkened eyelid..and also remain "dreaming."...well in the mornings and naps I get decent dream time...but they are so real and my dream self is so resistant to becoming lucid its frustrating. |
