When I tried WILD, whenever I started feeling vibrations my muscles automatically twitched, kind of kicking away those vibrations. I couldn't controll them. Any help? Please? |

Well from what I have heard, the twitching of the muscles is a good sign. If I am correct, It is the body testing the mind to see if it has gone to sleep, as well as the sudden urge to shift in bed.. Word has it, if you ignore this and just keep at it, the WILD process will continue.. Entering into SP and HI...and so on... |

I don't see how muscles twitching by THEMSELVES can test if I am asleep. It's not that I had a urge to twitch them, they did it by them selves, kind of like if I had a neural disease that made it uncontrollable for me to twitch my muscles sometimes. |

Thanks, no-Name, that sounds more likely, not to be taken as offense against Spiritofthewolf. |
