      Twitching muscles.

When I tried WILD, whenever I started feeling vibrations my muscles automatically twitched, kind of kicking away those vibrations. I couldn't controll them. Any help? Please?

Well from what I have heard, the twitching of the muscles is a good sign. If I am correct, It is the body testing the mind to see if it has gone to sleep, as well as the sudden urge to shift in bed.. Word has it, if you ignore this and just keep at it, the WILD process will continue.. Entering into SP and HI...and so on...

I am not an expert on WILDing so don't take my word as 110% accurate because I always get which one is testing which to see if its sleeping or awake confused (mind or body). I know Jeff777 has a tutorial under the WILD section of the forum explaining it more in detail...

      Good Luck!

I don't see how muscles twitching by THEMSELVES can test if I am asleep. It's not that I had a urge to twitch them, they did it by them selves, kind of like if I had a neural disease that made it uncontrollable for me to twitch my muscles sometimes.

Anyway, thanks for your help. It is greatly apprectiated by me.

Umm, no. I disagree with this.

Thanks, no-Name, that sounds more likely, not to be taken as offense against Spiritofthewolf.
