      Urge to open eyes when finally lucid.

      Ever since I've started to Lucid Dream, I've had strange urges to open my eyes. Sometimes I can control it and I will not open them, but recently, it has gotten stronger and I can no longer control it, and I will open my eyes. Is there any way to stop this?


      Oh and also, this one time when I was having hypnagogic imagery(er, I dunno if it was that, it was a dream, but I still was aware of my waking surroundings), and I realized I was dreaming, but then, I had another urge to open my eyes! But this time, my eyes didn't open fully and I had sleep paralysis. I'm not sure what this is, I need some help here.

      Have you tried focusing on dream elements more? That should help.

      This sounds more like a psychological bias now though, you almost "expect" to have this problem every time you are lucid.

      Just try to forget about it, and it should go away. The more attention you give it, the worse it's gonna get.
