      Any good books about Sleep and LDs?

      Hey.

      I was just wandering if there are any good books about sleep and LDing. I mean, books that could be considered good by the community and that you would recommend.

      Also want to suggest that it could be made a new thread worth a sticky with a list of the best books on the theme. I looked around and didnt find anything similar. This, possibly, would be useful for this forum's community.

      Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge, the guy who pretty much founded lucid dreaming. I've heard it's good I'll probably buy myself a copy when I get the chance.

      From what i read on wikipedia, he sure does seem to have done a great work on the area. I'll try to get his book and read it. Thanks for your suggestion.

      I have this book myself actually, very interesting read.. I'd advise anybody who wants to gain knowledge on dreams or anything for that matter.. seriously, read a book.. no joke

      Thanks for the book list. Im going on holidays today, so i will have much free time. I'll try to take a look at some of those books and keep trying to achieve lucidity xD.
