Ever find that when you dream your remember...

dreams you forgotten in the past? I always found this interesting, it could be years in the past but it still stays inside your head even if you never thought about them in waking life. And yes I'm sure I'm not just fabricating memories, I'm remembering them. I found places in my past dreams persist the strongest.

I'm thinking about researching this a bit for my lucid dream project, I slacked off over the last year, even when saying I make a comeback. Does anyone share this experience or can give me information on this?

It's going to be hard to get truly lucid again. I've done it so long I got to the point I mastered dream control without being lucid by definition. So will other people help me on this?

Well I remember a lot of different dreams from years ago, mostly the ones that were really weird and distinct, or ones that were really scary.

More often though, I remember my dreams from the night before when I lie down to go to sleep. I guess when I get in my bed and am in the same environment I was when i woke up, it jump starts my memory of the dreams. Much like the way it's recommended to take high school exams in your regular classroom, rather than take it in a library or something: Because being in your normal environment will jog your memory of past lessons and such.

Sometimes, when I'm thinking about one dream I had the night before (or even a couple of nights back) it will remind me of other dreams from the same night that I had forgotten.

certain situations/surroundings/persons/literally anything can often trigger a memory of a dream you once had. it's quite enjoyable, but I still don't bother writing them down for some reason.

I have several things that trigger dream memories. I have also some dreams that seems to occur once or twice a year and those nights are always the best night of the year. The dreams carry a strange scent and feeling, like no other dream. Sometimes I get memory trigger from waking life and I get carried away by that memory for many minutes.

Memory is fun actually since you get different paths to different memories from things you never thought could trigger the memory
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.
