Just a question of curiosity if anyone knows anything about it. |

When you are sleep deprived you actually get whats called an REM rebound. So you might be able to get a longer/more vivid lucid if you do it. |

It makes me hallucinate before bed and have very weird, vivid dreams. |

How late do you stay up? You arent supposed to hallucinate until the 72 hour mark, right? |

Sleepping less than 6 hours to day makes 100% clear and vivid dreams that i feel every moment of it every night.... |
|
Not 72 hours exactly. I was sleep deprived for about 48 hours and, before falling asleep, vividly saw and heard a woman talking on a camera screen. |
|
Haven't had a lucid dream in 3 years, and I'm looking to get back into it.
Wow, thats news. When i did it i had to wait 72 hours for the hallucinations to get to me. Lucky you. |

Now i remember that after cocaine binges and hard sleep deprivation i was lucid dreaming for 2 weeks straight last year... |

You can also get a REM rebound if you drank the night before because alcohol apparently suppresses REM. I'm sure the same thing happens with a lot of other drugs, too. I've never heard of the "allnighter effect". |
