yah you can have a DILD with 5 hours a sleep. REM cycles run in 90 mins, and as the night goes on those REM cycles get longer--so therefore you have more dreams (or longer dreams).. |

LD Count: 300 since 2005, average 40 LDs a yr
Last LD: 11/23/2013
My most infamous tutorial: http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-cont...ide-3-1-a.html
Also, if you're continually sleeping for five hours then I'm fairly sure your REM cycles will adjust so that they occur during that five hours. |

White girl, you can ask her what the dick be like
And monster madness doing drive-bys on a fuckin fixie bike
Fuck it moron, snortin oxycontin, wearin cotton,
Oxymoron like buff faggots playin sissy dykes
Sounds like the best way for you is to start taking naps, especially when you're only getting 5 hours of sleep nightly. REM usually continues in those naps when you don't get that much REM from the night before. And, when there is REM, there's a good chance to LD. I actually got 7 LDs out of one nap before. |
