hi there well bassically ive been lucid dreaming since a young age
i had a dry patch for a while and have now recently started to LD again
i heard drinking pure orange juice can help with this .
I have tried pure orange juice a few times all i seemed to get from that was intense heartburn lol but now i have started eating cheese before bed ( i used to years ago ) i have noticed i am recalling alot more of my dreams
and have had 3 occasions just this week where i hav realised i was dreaming !! but woke up very soon after on the first then managaed to control more on the second and the third i tried to get a dream charactor to remind me im lucid but for sum reason i woke up (toilet time i think) anyway what my problem now is what is the best way for me too keep my lucidity longer ?? as now ive just restarted i seem to get over exited and jump around lol which tends to wake me up from it.....
I know there are posts on this subject ofc .. but i do smoke cannabis daily and before bed as it helps me to sleep i found when i gave up for a few months i dreamt so much it was kinda too much i guess where my sleep is catching up from all the monged out nights of no dreams but i will say since i have started trying them again i have started regaining my abbility i once had
does any1 else smoke weed daily and still happily have lucid nights ??
any1 know any other food/drink to help vividness or to recall dreams etc etc
i know there are sum supplements 5-htp maybe i could try them ?? any1 else tryed ??
