      frustration

      ive been attempting to DILD/WILD for three days. last night in a dream i actually came to this website and read about LD's and yet for some reason did not become lucid.

      Also, is it normal to have an adrenaline rush while attempting to WILD? It happens every time i try.

      I get a bit of a rush when I try to WILD.
      Some people DILD the first night after visiting DreamViews, some people take years to get their first.
      Just keep at it, mine took 6 days after I join DreamViews I think. Look for dream signs etc.

      About discussing dreams within dreams... I've talked to my friends about lucids a couple times in my dreams and still not become lucid from it.

      3 days is nothing. Learn some patience, this is very rewarding usually in life. I know you want to be having a LD asap, but unfortunately, it is not fastfood . Stick with one method for at least a month, and if after that time you have absolutely no progress (even with asking the forum lots of questions), you may become frustrated again.
